Included in the cost of your service agreement with Loop Communications is an Automated Attendant: Voice Over Recording feature that just about any business can use.

During our comprehensive onboarding process, you’ll let us know if you want to use our Automated Attendant feature. If you do, the attendant will need to say something specific, right? We offer two options for that:

  1. You can call a number that we provide, and record your own script. We’ll record the audio from your call, and incorporate it into the Automated Attendant: Voice Over Recording
  2. Send us a script telling us all the audio you’d like recorded – even things like “press zero to speak to an operator.” We’ll have a professional provide the voice over recording, and include it as part of your service.
