The History of Loop Communications

We started off as a general technology firm that used our mastery of all things digital to create value for our clients. Cloud migration, mobility solutions, security issues — whatever the issue, we made it happen. But over time we noticed a pattern. Everybody hated their phone service.

The customer service was poor, the pricing was incomprehensible and service agreements could be downright ludicrous.

We accepted the challenge and built a new business phone system infrastructure from the ground up that was fast, scalable, reliable and responsive. But we didn’t forget the most important lesson of all, which is that success in this business does not come from technology alone. Deep and lasting service — answering every question, helping with every step of a transition, considering every detail from the customer’s perspective — is what makes the difference.

We think about phones all day long so you never have to.
