Jesse listened to my problem and addressed it expeditiously. As he worked through the initial issue, we came up with other needs so the situation continued to expand. He listened as our personnel continued to brainstorm our expectations and configured our phones so the needs of the department were met. So far, we are all very pleased with how the system is working.
