Pleased with Loop and working with Davis. Have a suggestion on the troubeshooting. Time spent on three calls, approx 2-1/2 to 3 hour range total. Assumed the reason to keep troubleshooting was the phone was under warranty. If I had known the phone was out warranty from the start, we would have ordered a new phone after the first 30 minutes produced no results. Davis was amazing, patient and kind, especially with the technical aspects of what we needed to do from inside the office.
