Our internet went down unexpectedly and I was able to get a message to support to have our phones forwarded and they responded quickly.

User error for not clicking the link when first invited to Sangoma Talk. Thankfully as the validity of the first invite expired they sent another. They’re quick and really ensured the user to do the needed action.
