I like to thank Michael for his great customer service. Whenever I have an issue, he is there to make sure everything is working properly. Today the phone system was down, no internet service. Not only did he get it fixed, he went out of his way to call me on my cell phone to walk me through the process to get the office phone back up and running again.
I truly appreciate him taking that time out of his day to make sure I knew exactly what to do so our office could receive phone calls.
