Zack was very helpful in resolving our issue quickly. Short (if any) wait time was also a huge plus!
I am so impressed with the responsiveness and politeness all our LOOP reps have been and continue to be. Jon, Zach, and Rebecca ALWAYS answer the phone and ALWAYS resolve any issues, and do so with a smile–I can hear it through the phone:)
