Customer service is spot on! They have taken care of most everything in regarding to setting up our new phone service. I haven't had to do much of anything. I'm just following their instructions which are easy.
They were very responsive and helped with my issue right away. Also followed up to make sure the issue was taken care of!
Everyone at Loop has been genuinely helpful and accommodating about our particular support needs. I speak w/Jon most of the time and his ability to grasp my concepts, questions and requests for help is really quite extraordinary. He's able to pivot and look at a request from different directions and that enables him to respond and change an outcome from "yuck" to "yippee" really fast.
