CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 18) – Loop Communications has added another member to its staff, with Jon Wilcox joining the VoIP Customer Support Team as a customer support analyst as of Thursday, October 4.
“We’re happy to have Jon come aboard,” said Loop CEO Brian Tolleson. “As our business grows, attention to customer service needs to build with it. Jon’s skills are an excellent addition to our team.”
A resident of Rock Hill, S.C., Jon received an associate’s degree in computer technology from York Technical College. His most recent position was as a technical analyst for Carolinas Healthcare System, where he was also responsible for providing PBX technical support.
If you reach Jon next time you call with a customer support request for your business phone number, please give him a warm welcome!
