With over 22 years of experience in the telecom industry, she brings invaluable skills and expertise to our support team where she will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing moves, adds, and changes, and providing outstanding customer service. With a career spanning over two decades in the telecom industry, Nicole has held several positions that have contributed to her growth and expertise. She began her career as a PBX operator at the University of Denver, where she worked for 15 years. She then moved into various positions such as Lead PBX Operator and
Telecommunications Specialist before leaving UD. Nicole also holds the SSCA certification from the SIP School. Her expertise and industry knowledge make her an asset to our organization! Nicole is a proud mother of two children and two beagles. She loves to spend her
free time exploring nature through hiking and long drives. She is also an avid acrylic painter. Her hobbies and interests reflect her love for adventure and creativity, making her a perfect fit for our team at Loop. We look forward to seeing her thrive with us here at Loop.
