Maybe I was misunderstanding repeatedly, which could have been the case, yet it felt like I was getting nowhere for two hours and then I was given information about their more pricey option that would allow me to get what I was seeking. Although the customer service sought out answers to my questions it seemed confusing what made them take so long to get to a conclusion or to make sure that I was underway. The whole time they were extremely kind and patient!
