Friendly and great customer service. I would like to see that Loop Communication record a generic vm for us and an individual would not have to do it. I understand the timeframe but for normal things that you are out of the office for ie inclement weather, off-site meeting, holiday closing, disaster.
Rebecckah was super helpful. She even went the extra step and gave me more insight to other tools within Loop for our team. Greatly appreciate the time she took to walk me through our question.
