Because of our amazing MSP partners and small business customers, Loop Communications continues to grow, and this year we welcome a new member to our support team, Jake Smarzik, Telecom Support Analyst. He will be one of the friendly voices on the other end line of our support line, helping customers with their phone configurations, updates, and any issues to fix. For the last eight years, Jake has performed in many IT-related roles from fixing computers to writing software for companies. With a strong passion for the IT industry, he will soon pursue his degree in Cybersecurity, and expand skills and knowledge in computers. Outside of joining Loops team, Jake enjoys coding and producing on his 3D printer, fishing and enjoying the outdoors, and video games (just like us!)
