At Loop Communications, we are always in search of new talent to join our team. Today, we are happy to introduce our new Telecom Support Analyst, Zachary Sanchez, who will be handling phone system changes, technical troubleshooting, and telling bad jokes to our team. We are excited to have someone with such extensive experience on board and are thrilled to share his background, skills, and personal interests.

Our new Telecom Support Analyst is a CompTIA A+ certified technician, with three years of help desk experience, and more than a decade of tech troubleshooting skills under his belt. Our customers can expect nothing but the best service possible.

When Zach is not busy fixing phone systems or troubleshooting network issues, you can find him working on cars. He is also a huge fan of Pokémon – even collecting the cards. Zach is also the owner of a “cuddly ball python,” whom he considers part of the family.

We are excited to see all Zach will accomplish, and we know that our new addition will help us offer the high-quality service that our customers deserve. We look forward to introducing you to other new employees in the future, and we know you will love working with them as much as we do.
