We had some issues with our fax working properly and finally determined that Toshiba, the company we chose for our fax/copier and printer, had to come in and change the setting on our machine so it would work properly again.

It took a while for them to reach out regarding my issue, and needed one of our managers to step in to ensure the process would be looked at as a high priority. Once the issue was looked at, I was given a bit of a canned response asking if my phone was up to date, instead of actual troubleshooting steps, or details relating to the error I was seeing. After the tech read the ticket and issue, they were able to issue me another login link that worked properly this time around.
