Everyone at Loop has been genuinely helpful and accommodating about our particular support needs. I speak w/Jon most of the time and his ability to grasp my concepts, questions and requests for help is really quite extraordinary. He's able to pivot and look at a request from different directions and that enables him to respond and change an outcome from "yuck" to "yippee" really fast.
