Included in the cost of your business phone system service agreement with Loop Communications is a VoIP Feature Do Not Disturb (or DND) feature that helps when you need to work without interruption.

This feature might sound simple, and it is. Just activate it via your Loop portal, and your extension won’t ring, sending incoming calls directly to voicemail. You can set up DND through the portal or your phone, but we recommend doing it with the portal, since it doesn’t require physical access to the phone – you can activate it from anywhere.

The Do Not Disturb feature is especially useful for professionals who need uninterrupted time to focus, meet deadlines, or handle sensitive tasks without distractions.
