Included in the cost of your service agreement with Loop Communications is a Call Parking feature that helps when your business phone system needs to accommodate a call at multiple locations.

Here’s how it works: You can “park” one or more calls and another employee can pick the call up at another extension. The caller will listen to on-hold music while waiting. If no one picks up after a pre-set time, the call will ring back the original extension that parked the call.

The Call Parking feature also works if you need to move from place to place. Say you’re talking with a customer, but need to loop in another colleague to help of clarify something. You can park the call, walk to the colleague’s office, and then pick the call up again so that your customer gets assistance from all necessary parties. And all it takes is the press of one button.
