Loop Communications is quickly growing thanks to our supportive MSP partners and loyal VoIP customers. We recently brought on a new leader of our support team who will oversee and ensure that support communication runs efficiently and effectively to continue to meet and exceed customer expectations. Please meet Angie Dickens, Customer Support Manager. She is a graduate of East Carolina University, and worked for Walt Disney World before joining our company, how cool!  Angie has been working in the customer service & IT industry for over 15 years and has been a manager of support teams for over 10. In her spare time, she loves to craft, and is an avid photographer and graphic designer.
