Included in the cost of your service agreement with Loop Communications is a Call Recording feature that comes in handy when you need to recall conversations with lots of details. Many of our competitors offer this feature as an add-on, but because we think everyone should have it, we prefer to make it part of our standard plan.

Let’s say you’re at your home office or traveling, and get a surprise call that would normally require you to take meticulous notes. Our helpful Call Recording feature alleviates that worry, as you can simply play back the call to make sure you didn’t miss anything.

This feature includes the storage of all call recordings for one month, but you can always download a file (in .wav format) and keep it for as long as you need.

Some of our customers use Call Recording for training. You know how a call center rep will sometimes notify you that your call is being recorded? Such recordings can be used as examples that you’ll use later on.
