When you’re getting things done, you’re not always in your office, right? Call Forwarding can be set up for each individual extension through our customer portal. It can be programmed to forward after a certain number of rings to your desk phone, or instructed to always forward. This feature is easy to enable and disable by pressing a few buttons.
We can also set up call forwarding on the Automated Attendant to forward calls to external numbers for certain options. Some examples of that are after-hours answering services, bill payment call centers and insurance claims centers.
